How do ROOY shoes fit?
Our shoes give you a comfortable amount of toe space. If you regularly wear a half size, we recommend you get the nearest whole size down. For example, if you are a 9.5, we advise purchasing a size 9.

Will you be offering more sizes?
Yes, as we expand we will broaden our size range. In the meantime, please let us know what size you are looking for and we can give our input on what will fit you best.
Order Tracking and Shipping
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible with any changes you want to make on your order at email@example.com . If the order has not already been processed through our system, we will make those changes/cancellations right away. Alternatively, you can always reach us using our contact form above.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order with the UPS tracking number on your shipment confirmation form. Click here to input your tracking number and see when you’ll receive your sneakers.
What are your shipping methods?
Standard (3 day) = Free
2-Day = $10
Next Day = $20
Where do you ship?
ROOY currently only ships within the US. However, if you are outside the US and would like a pair of ROOY shoes, please email send us an email on where ROOY should expand to next!
Returns and Exchanges
How do I make a return?
ROOY accepts all returns within 30 days of purchase. Reach out to us using our contact form above or contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
How do I make an exchange?
We want you to get your perfect fit and colorway. Please reach out to us using our contact form above or contact us directly at email@example.com with your order number and what product you want to exchange. We will email you a return shipping label and as soon as our warehouse receives your previous pair, we will send out the new one with free shipping.
How long does it take for a refund to process?
Up to two weeks. Once the refund is processed, the information will be sent to your bank. We will give you all the information needed to track your refund order.
